2. INSPIRE trial: Six weeks of inulin eased knee osteoarthritis pain; grip strength and pain sensitivity also improved

4. Eight weeks of resistance training in sedentary adults: diversity stable overall; high strength responders showed larger microbiome shifts

7. Nationwide French cohort: nirsevimab linked to ~36% lower odds of invasive pneumococcal disease hospitalization
